Due to business commitments I had to defer the trip giving Helloworld Brighton Ample notice to cancel any bookings.
I expected there would be costs in cancelling the flight but I did not expect to lose all the money (nearly on thousand dollars) I paid for Hotel accommodation considering I re-booked my trip through them. I still don't know who got the money.
GOODBYE HELLOWORLD NEVER AGAIN.

As in the past, we received excellent advice when we were planning the trip and once we had decided, all the details of flights and bookings etc were taken care of for us. I would recommend Robyn and her team for their friendly personal and professional service.
