I ordered a cake and arranged to collect it at a designated time. When I arrived the shop was shut and I was unable to contact anyone regarding my order.
Subsequently left a message and the store never bothered to contact me.
This resulted in me not having a cake I had promised for an occasion as it was too late to find a replacement.

When my sister came to collect it as arranged, no-one was at the premises, and no-one answered the phone. No cake. No phone call to explain or apologise. Extremely disappointing. Definitely DO NOT recommend. If I could post this with zero stars, I would.
